  1. the first one is a great portrait, has a very antique look to it and it matches the person and mood of the photo.

the second one is just sick, i cant add anything to it honestly.

third one, not bad, the contrast and the shadows are really nice in this one, but the cropping of you in it is not clean enough, you can still see edges of the original picture and it seems out of place. doing good though

  2. I really like them. The first one is a little depressing and I love it; I think the College Board would like it a lot. The second one is supa cool. I like the concept behind it and it adds a completely different perspective to how you would look at a city.
The third one seems a little off. The idea I like but the blue pills seem to pop out too much. The face you put in seems a little distorted and commands a lot of attention. I think it could look even better if it was even more transparent. But these are only my suggestions and you always seem to know what you are doing so you dont really need to follow them.

  3. Jane I think all of them are really great. I can see a concept between each of them. The first one is very well-done - simple, candid, and really captures the mood of the moment. The second one is really neat too. The only thing I'd say to improve it is maybe bring in some other colors in the water or the city. It's a little dark and bluish overall but if that's what you're going for then fine. I like the third one - it seems like a self-portrait. You're face seems a little squished though. Maybe you could somehow connect the image of yourself to the image of the pills in a more creative way by adding another image or something. Just an idea. Looks great!

  4. I really think that first picture has a lot of great contrast in it. The style of the picture really seem to fit in with the style of whats in the picture.
The Second one is just really cool. It has this really dream like feel to it... It also just reminds me of the city of Atlantis... just saying :)
The third one, I have to say, has a really awesome concept. However, it feels a little unfinished. the edges need to be smoothed out on the picture of yourself. Other than that you're headed in the right direction. Keep up the good work!

  5. I really like all three to be honest.

The first feels older, and has a more retro feel to it that makes it seem antique.

The middle one is definitely my favorite! I love the ripple effect on water!

On the last one, Robert has a point. The cropping is a bit strange. But other than that, I love the message!

  6. Definitely echoing what everyone else has said, but I love the atmosphere of the first photo. Very vintage/classic. I think you could play around with the contrast to really give it that faded, old-timey feel and it'd look super cool. I also love the second one...it's really well done and very realistic even though it's photoshopped. I love the idea and it's very playful and fun! I also agree that the last one seems a bit off. I like it, and I really like the idea because you've had so many surgeries that I'm sure you've been taking tons of these pills, and you look a bit swollen in the picture, but it feels sort of unbalanced. The quality of the picture of the pills is way different than that of the picture of you, and it seems like it's in an odd place in the photo. Maybe if it occupied the rule of thirds a bit more it'd look less unbalanced to me.

  7. The mood of the photo are all different but very well expressed! I actually like the last one a lot because ur hair looks wet and ur face is telling me a lot of different, complicated emotion. Good job!
